Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager
Location: Dublin – hybrid
Salary: €110K base plus benefits
A high-growth fintech SaaS company is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a core data‑driven product used by global clients. This highly impactful role owns product direction end‑to‑end, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and return on investment.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, data, go-to‑market, and leadership teams to translate insights into measurable value. You will be trusted to make decisions, prioritise initiatives, and lead product outcomes in a mature agile environment.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for a core product or module.
Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify and validate roadmap opportunities.
Build strong investment cases, prioritising initiatives based on cost, value, risk and ROI.
Partner closely with engineering teams to lead agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with go‑to‑market, data, security, and engagement teams.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in an agile environment.
Proven experience creating and delivering product roadmaps backed by data and validation.
Strong understanding of UX, user research methods, and product discovery techniques.
Experience working on data‑driven products and with external data providers.
Confident decision‑maker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
