We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve company growth targets while representing Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics in a professional manner to the Irish marketplace. Experience in a medical laboratory environment or a key account/inside sales background is desirable.

Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive are to play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve growth targets.
Summary of Main Responsibilities

Assist Eurofins Biomnis in maintaining a high standard in medical testing.
Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first‑class service.
Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the values of Eurofins Biomnis.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and company information.
Play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Represent both Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics and yourself to the Irish market with dignity and professionalism.
Grow company sales of laboratory services and products.

Specific Tasks

Maintain awareness and compliance with all departmental documentation, including training records, SOPs, forms and QPulse documents.
Attend Sales & Marketing meetings as required.
Work within the policies and procedures of Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.

Sales Growth

Identify and target existing and prospective clients to sell pathology services.
Provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information in a timely manner.
Conduct annual account reviews and promptly provide updated quotations and pricing.
Effectively communicate client needs and monitor financial and service performance across the business area.
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on activity that may impact performance.

Qualifications

Recognized third‑level qualification in biological sciences, healthcare or related discipline or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role.
Full, clean, valid driver’s licence preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.
Experience in a client‑facing and/or key account/inside sales role is an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

Strong desire to pursue new business opportunities independently.
Exceptional business planning and key account management skills, excellent relationship building and the competence to work autonomously.
Commitment to client satisfaction.
Team‑oriented and willing to adapt quickly to change.
Excellent presentation and business writing skills.
Ability to negotiate successfully with laboratory heads, procurement managers and hospital consultants.
