Job Description:
* Administer and collect past due loan and maintenance fee accounts as assigned by management.
* Execute calls to owners worldwide to request payment and reduce delinquency rates.
* Provide regular updates on overdue accounts and communicate with owners regarding payment options and potential resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and collect past due accounts.
* Execute loan and maintenance fee calls to owners worldwide.
* Review account situations and support owners with late fees, historical payments, and payment plans.
* Liaise with bank and credit card companies to obtain authorisation codes.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English required.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* MS Office experience.
