Key responsibilities include:
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints
* Providing information on pension payments and payment methods
* Processing changes to customer addresses and payment preferences
* Handling miscellaneous queries and resolving customer issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent PC skills
