1. Design and develop custom applications and automated test systems using LabVIEW
2. Support software development activities across the product lifecycle, from concept to release
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs
4. Ensure software solutions are compliant with relevant medical device standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485)
5. Contribute to verification & validation testing, documentation, and risk analysis
6. Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and software process improvements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
8. Strong LabVIEW programming experience (Certified LabVIEW Developer/Architect is a plus)
9. Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
10. Proven ability to work in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharma, aerospace)
11. Familiarity with medical device software development standards (e.g., IEC 62304) is highly desirable
12. Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience:
13. Experience working on Class II or III medical devices
14. Knowledge of additional languages/tools (e.g., C/C, Python, TestStand)
15. Familiarity with hardware integration and embedded systems
