Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Serve guests with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
* Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the bar and service areas
* Provide support to other departments as necessary, including reception and events teams
* Handle cash and credit card payments efficiently and accurately
