Key Responsibilities
You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, utilizing a consultative approach to account management. This involves taking the time to fully understand your customers' businesses, challenges, and opportunities related to Workday.
1. Developing and securing Kainos as a business by defining client retention and growth priorities.
2. Reporting on existing customer renewal status while building and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for forecasting accurately across future quarters to achieve agreed sales targets and maintain predictability of all future revenue streams. You will also need to meet retention and growth targets in line with Kainos objectives.
Skill Requirements
1. A highly experienced account manager with strong understanding of business development processes and Account Planning (TAS, Miller Heiman).
2. A track record of delivering against retention and growth targets annually.
3. Demonstrable ability actively listen communicate effectively present influence credibly at all levels organisation including executive C-level demonstrating empathy active listening being responsive creativity throughout customer interactions leading accurate forecasts annually.
