Westmeath Company: Residential Developer Project: 176-house residential development Salary Up to €65,000 per annum (DOE) Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:00am 5:30pm Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a 176-unit residential housing development in Cornamaddy, Athlone. This is a key site-based role, responsible for coordinating day-to-day construction activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervision of all on-site construction activities Managing subcontractors, direct labour and materials Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications Upholding health & safety standards on site Monitoring programme and productivity Coordinating with site management and design teams Maintaining quality control across all stages of the build Requirements Trade background essential (carpentry, blocklaying, or similar) Proven experience working as a Site Foreman / General Foreman on residential projects Strong organisational and people management skills Ability to drive progress on site and resolve issues as they arise Good understanding of health & safety requirements Whats on Offer Competitive salary up to €65k Long-term, stable position on a large residential scheme
