Job Summary ----------------------------------- * This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our organization in Dublin. * The ideal candidate will have a degree in quantity surveying or mechanical/electrical building services, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. * The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, financial compliance, and contract costs. As part of this exciting new challenge you can expect: 1. To manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors, as well as resolve disputes with clients&subcontractors. 2. Monitor site procurement&reporting; assist project manager/director post-award&conduct site measures.
