The Company:Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 30,000 clients and over €1 billion in funds under management.Roughly 80% of our business book comes from the Public Sector where we administrate 152 Union sponsored salary deducted AVC schemes.We require an ambitious, career-driven Client Services Administrator to join our team.The Role:After-service outbound calls to our business book and new business clients.Analyse and monitor case patterns for trends or repeat occurrences that may arise from both quality control and after-service calls.Dealing with Client Queries.Conduct weekly quality control reviews by sampling financial advisors' business activities to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.Participate in weekly meetings with financial advisors and sales managers to provide quality control feedback aimed at improving performance and consistency.Deliver quality control training to all newly appointed assistant financial advisors upon joining the company and provide ongoing training to financial advisors throughout their career progression as required.Analyse and monitor case patterns for trends or repeat occurrences that may arise from both quality control and after-service calls.Manage incoming phone calls and emails.The candidate will have:QFA Qualification or working towards a QFA qualificationPrevious experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services company.The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving and demanding environment.·Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively, maintaining focus and accuracy even under pressureComputer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills.Customer-focused and driven.Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative.This role provides an ideal opportunity to develop a successful career in the Financial Industry.The Company will provide:Full Training / Support for further education.Salary of €30,000 per annum with monthly commission, plus quarterly bonuses payable once the company on target (OTE €55,000 per annum)Hybrid working after the initial training periodEntrance to the company pension schemeEntrance to the company life cover scheme after one year of serviceWellness days are applicable after six months' service in the companyAdditional Annual leave based on years of serviceAccess to Flexi-time following the initial training periodJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingWellness programWork from homeAbility to commute/relocate:Dublin 15, CO.
