Leadership Opportunity in Disability Services
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our frontline residential staff, driving high-quality support for individuals with disabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive culture, providing coaching and development opportunities to staff. You will also support the implementation of evidence-based practices and quality standards, advocate for residents' rights and dignity, and promote safety and quality within our services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise frontline residential staff, promoting excellence in support delivery.
* Foster a positive team culture, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and confidence.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement evidence-based practices, ensuring high-quality care and support.
* Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, promoting autonomy and choice.
* Manage risk and health protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
* Coordinate communication and engagement with families and stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
Candidate Profile:
* Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent.
* Significant management experience, preferably at a similar level of responsibility.
* Detailed understanding of developments in quality and safety within disability services.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and related tools.
