Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - Luxury Hotel
We are currently seeking a dedicated Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and guest-focused environment.

Location: Cong, County Mayo, Ireland
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor:
Provide prompt, professional, and personalised guest service at all times.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Conference & Banqueting menus, as well as the beverage offerings, including bar selections and wine lists.
Be present on the floor during service periods to oversee operations and ensure service quality.
Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to company standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Participate in and support the training and development activities within the department.
Actively promote suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor role or similar position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the department's success.
Knowledgeable about food and beverage service and strives for excellence in all aspects of guest interaction.
