This role will cross both acute and community care settings.Act as an informed resource for health and social care professionals involved in the care of children with life limiting conditions.Facilitate and contribute to education and training for health and social care professionals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Support the collection of data in relation to children with life limiting conditions to support national programme developmentClosing date29/12/2025 12:00:00Proposed interview dateCandidates will normally be given at least two weeks' notice of interview.
