Claims Handler
We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and cost-effectively handling claims, negotiating settlements, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Description:
* Handle all aspects of claim handling from notification through to closure within agreed authority limits and service standards.
* Negotiate and settle claims in a fair and transparent manner, maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.
* Assist the management team in monitoring workflow, outstanding caseloads, processes, tasks, and distribution of new claims.
