Job Title: Senior Manager This is a challenging and exciting role within our R&D Incentives team, where you will work closely with clients to deliver high-value services that support their research and development activities. We are looking for an experienced professional who has a strong background in engineering or science, combined with finance/business qualifications or experience. You should have minimum 5 years post-qualification experience within industry or professional services, and excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in report writing. The ideal candidate will have good relationship management skills, ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality diverse relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients. They should also be an excellent organizer with attention to detail and multitasking skills, as well as being a good team worker with mentoring skills. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for engaging client engineers at the cutting edge of research and development in their field of science. You will assist the team in managing client relationships delivering our R&D Incentive programs with clients. Required Skills And Qualifications In order to succeed in this role you must have:
