We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Electrical project Manager with a minimum of 3 years Experience for a High Density Residential Development Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate and provide regular updates and reports.
Implement and Maintain quality control processes to ensure that electrical installations and deliverables meet industry standards and expectations.
Uphold and enforce health, safety, environmental and Quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Take ownership of projects, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain budget.
Monitor and review contractors' activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations and engineering principles.
Excellent organisational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
Familiarity with Irish electrical codes and regulations is essential.
Hold Current Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels and Working at Height Certificates.
Excellent Fluent and written English
