We are delighted to be partnering with a Locally Managed Corporate Service Provider who specialises in the Aircraft Leasing sector. They are looking to add a Senior Accounting Professional to their Shannon based office.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing client service delivery, managing and mentoring team members, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
This will ideally suit someone with aviation experience or someone coming from a similar CSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the client services team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Act as a primary contact for clients, advisers, and counterparties.
Oversee client onboarding, transaction execution, financial reporting, audits, VAT/CT returns, and SPV reporting.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement.
Mentor and support team members while driving high performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting deadlines.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience in client services, corporate services, or client management.
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
