Ensure stores procedures are followed, and incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed in a timely fashion to support the efficient running of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all actions are compliant with Company procedures in relation to airworthiness requirements, health & safety and environment.
Accurate process of receipts, stock location, and the issuing of Dublin Aerospace & Customer materials.
Accurate process of goods outwards shipments to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
Ensure IT systems are used effectively, and house keeping maintained.
Be prepared to undertake other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
Must be willing to achieve a Personnel Pack Approval from Quality.
Core Competencies:
Must have knowledge of inventory management and procurement process or the aptitude to quickly acquire those skills.
Initiative and a proactive approach to achieving objectives will be key attributes for the position.
Best strong self-starter.
Ability to work under pressure both in a team and alone.
Good communication skills both written and oral together with computer literacy.
Appreciation of the importance of material supplies to the Dublin Aerospace operation.
