With a strong reputation in designing intelligent, high-performance automated machinery for sectors like Med-Tech, Automotive, and Food & Beverage, the company is experiencing rapid expansion and has recently opened a new facility in the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation to work on cutting-edge robotic systems and develop in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The Role:
* Assist in the design, programming, and testing of PLC/HMI control systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley)
* Support commissioning, debugging, and integration of robotic and automation solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) on turnkey projects
* Contribute to control panel design, industrial communication setup, and safety system integration
* Participate in site installations and provide technical support for automation rollouts
* Engage in problem-solving and root cause analysis during system development and field service
* Develop your skills under the guidance of senior engineers, with a clear progression path
The Person:
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering
* 2–5 years of hands-on experience in automation projects or controls engineering roles
* Experience with PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix, or similar)
* Familiarity with robot integration, control networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP), and safety systems
* A logical thinker with solid troubleshooting skills and a drive to solve technical challenges
* Willingness to travel occasionally for project commissioning and client support
