Key Responsibilities
* Assessing the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and developing personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
* Implementing and evaluating care plans, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard and aligned with individual goals and outcomes.
* Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals, their families, and carers, helping them to navigate complex systems and access necessary resources.
