The Role: Drive Performance, Own the Floor
As the Assistant Store Manager, you are the vital engine supporting the Store Manager, directly impacting our commercial success and operational excellence. This role is for a proven leader who thrives in a busy, sales-focused environment and is ready to take full ownership of the store's performance.
You will be the on-floor leader, setting the pace, mentoring the team, and ensuring every customer interaction reinforces our elite brand status.
Your Impact:
Actively drive sales and commercial performance. Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for greater productivity and profitability.
In the Store Manager's absence, assume responsibility of daily operations, ensuring flawless execution of opening/closing procedures, maintaining impeccable compliance standards, and upholding an elite retail environment.
Proactively cultivate and grow a database of high-net-worth customers. You must be adept at building relationships and capitalizing on every networking and data-gathering opportunity.
Lead from the front to guarantee the delivery of an unrivalled level of customer service. Confidently and swiftly resolve complex customer issues, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.
Assist in motivating, coaching, and performance-managing a high-calibre sales team.
Contribute to recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure the team is staffed, engaged, and performing at its peak.
Commit to continuous upskilling on new and existing products, ensuring you and the team possess the expert knowledge necessary to deliver authoritative, consultative sales to a luxury clientele.
Oversee precise stock control, efficient replenishment, and visual merchandising that aligns with our luxury brand standards.
About You:
We are looking for a result-obsessed professional dedicated to success and committed to upholding the elite level of service Paul Sheeran Jewellers is renowned for.
2+ years of luxury or high-end retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity (essential).
Ability to thrive under pressure, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets and role-related KPIs.
Impeccable professional demeanour and presentation, with an inherent desire to operate at the highest echelon of luxury sales.
Strong, inspirational leadership skills with a track record of effectively guiding, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset to address and overcome challenges rapidly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with sound IT skills, allowing you to contribute effectively to sales reporting and operational requirements.
