About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team. As an Artisan Baker, you will be responsible for baking and preparing high-quality bread and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Baking & Preparation: Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately, mixing batters and doughs (by hand or machine), shaping and forming doughs and pastries.

* Operating ovens, setting precise temperatures, and monitoring baking times.
">
* Following recipes and production schedules, and contributing to new product development.

Operational Duties:

* Maintaining equipment: Keeping all baking equipment clean, maintained, and in proper working order.
">
* Inventory management: Ordering ingredients, tracking stock, and ensuring sufficient supplies for production.
">
* Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintaining a spotless, organized workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
">

What We Are Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial or artisan bakery.

* Advanced level of English (spoken and understood).

* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

* High standards for consistency, quality, cleanliness, and safety.

* A proactive, flexible team player with full-time availability.

* Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including early mornings and weekends.
