Senior Marketing Executive Opportunity
Drive business growth and market presence as a key member of the hotel's leadership team. Manage a small team to deliver marketing & sales strategies and budgets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute annual marketing & sales strategies and budgets.
* Lead and motivate the sales, marketing, and revenue teams to achieve targets.
* Represent the hotel at industry events, client visits, and FAM trips.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
* Manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital marketing.
* Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
* Monitor and report on sales, marketing, and revenue performance.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in senior marketing roles within hospitality (essential).
* Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality practices and revenue management.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
* Flexible to travel for business development and client engagement.
* Must have a valid driving license.
* Experience with Hotsoft is advantageous.
