Overview
Maintenance Manager role at Locke Hotels.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, the Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance across Locke’s properties, including Beckett Locke and Zanzibar Locke.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage maintenance across Locke properties, including Beckett Locke and Zanzibar Locke.
* Supervise service, repairs, painting, and upkeep of apartments to high standards.
* Proactively identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
* Manage maintenance team and external contractors; ensure safe, compliant operations.
* Coordinate with the General Manager to plan maintenance schedules and budgets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and residents.
Qualifications
* Hands-on, practical handyman with tools for emergencies.
* Ability to spot issues before they become problems; strong problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
* Seniority level: Entry level.
* Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
* Health and safety knowledge and adherence to relevant regulations.
