Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their transportation needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Job Details:
* Title: Customer Services Assistant
* Department: Transport Operations
* Reports To: Operations Manager
* Location: Lusk, Co. Dublin
* Hours: 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 weekends 8am - 4pm. Days off in lieu for weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information.
2. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
3. Booking and Scheduling: Assist with transportation bookings, changes, and cancellations.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
5. Collaboration: Work with operations and logistics teams for seamless service.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback for service improvements.
7. Policy Adherence: Comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in transport or logistics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools.
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.
