We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing M&E projects in the Water & Wastewater sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple project sites simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively;
2. Deliver projects that meet client requirements, adhering to quality assurance protocols;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients;
4. Evaluate project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues;
5. Oversight of financial performance against set targets and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs);
