Location: Henry Street, Limerick, fully onsite
Working Hours: Weekends are Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm. Training will be Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm) for 6-8 weeks.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support and promote the Company Values: Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud, and Exceed. The team supports a financial client’s growth in Ireland, focusing on Financial Customer Support. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class customer support.
Ideal candidates will be able to multi-task, think quickly, resolve issues decisively, deliver on promises, pay close attention to detail, analyze information effectively, and perform well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, gathering information from customers.
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via a virtual call centre.
* Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
* Drive sales to meet targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities, including cross-selling relevant products, for both regulated and non-regulated offerings.
Requirements
* At least 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Enthusiastic about learning and growth within Covalen.
* Eligible to work in Ireland and able to pass background checks.
* Complete one virtual interview with the Customer Operations team.
* Complete online Tech and English assessments via Test Gorilla.
* Extensive training provided, along with access to wellness programs.
