We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer (L2 Engineer) who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This is a role with a leading Managed Service Provider that delivers infrastructure, networking, and security solutions. The position is on-site for a key client in an end-user-facing capacity.
As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will support Microsoft products, including Office 365, ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Azure, and Intune. You will provide high-level technical support for L2 tickets. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote technical support for Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
* Offer high-quality L2 support and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
* Must be proficient in supporting Microsoft technologies including: Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
* Experienced support engineer, comfortable working deskside and providing exceptional customer service
Nice to have
* ServiceNow – training provided if not already familiar
