Job Overview
The role of Legal Secretary involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Preparing and amending legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
* Communication: Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, liaising with clients and other third parties.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and file management systems, diary management, booking appointments, and scheduling meetings.
* Support Functions: Assisting with the preparation of completion statements and post-completion matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday. We require someone with strong dictaphone typing skills and proficiency with legal case management systems.
