We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Scout to join our growing team.
Location: Remote / Work from Home Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives Support internal talent development within the organization Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent Proficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferred Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing international e-commerce company 100% remote position – work from anywhere Flexible schedule with autonomy in your role A young, energetic, and supportive team culture A positive, performance-driven work environment with room for personal and professional growth Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level with a company that values your talent and drive?
