Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you'll take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, with the autonomy to lead your own department and build a team of 4–5 architects. You'll work across a mix of commercial and residential developments, supported by a wider network of professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.This role is ideal for someone ready to transition into an Associate Director position, with the authority to hire, manage, and grow a team under your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and deliver projects independently
2. Manage client relationships and project teams
3. Recruit and mentor a growing team (4–5 hires planned)
4. Collaborate across disciplines within the wider group
5. Use tools such ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality design solutions
What you'll need to succeed
6. Part III Qualified Architect with 7+ years experience (RIAI OR RIBA qualification required)
7. Proven ability to lead projects and teams
8. Strong technical skills in ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD
9. Experience in both commercial and residential sectors
10. Ambition to grow into an Associate Director role
11. Excellent communication and leadership skills
