B2B Marketing Manager
to join their global marketing function on a contract basis, supporting the continued growth of a corporate solutions portfolio focused on large commercial clients.
This is an opportunity for a senior B2B marketer who enjoys shaping strategy, crafting compelling product narratives and enabling sales teams in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

The Role
As B2B Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing global marketing strategies that support go-to-market plans and drive product awareness and adoption. Working closely with product, communications, sales and agency partners, you'll help translate complex capabilities into clear, customer-led value propositions.
You'll be comfortable working with ambiguity, setting direction, and driving initiatives forward to deliver tangible commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead B2B marketing strategies and develop creative collateral to support go-to-market plans for solutions serving large commercial customers
* Define and articulate customer-led value propositions, positioning and compelling reasons-to-believe that highlight product benefits and competitive advantage
* Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, engaging customer narratives
* Develop sales enablement materials that provide internal teams with consistent, high-impact messaging
* Partner on content management, campaign design and execution, creative production and agency management
* Collaborate closely with global product teams and corporate communications stakeholders
* Ensure all marketing and creative output aligns with established brand standards and guidelines
About You
* 10+ years'
experience in marketing, with a strong focus on
B2B and product marketing
* Proven ability to simplify complex or technical offerings into compelling customer stories
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills within global, matrixed organisations
* Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating creative or agency resources
* Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving or ambiguous situations
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing multi-geography initiatives end to end
Preferred (but not essential):
Background in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, financial technology platforms or developer-focused environments.
