Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Dublin. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating shifts, maintaining quality standards, meeting sales goals, and handling store inventory. The role also encompasses handling customer interactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
* Proven capabilities in Store Management and Retail operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
* Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and management
* Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure store security and minimize losses
* Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail or food service industry is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a dynamic team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
