Special Olympics Ireland is seeking to recruit an ambitious and talented fundraising professional as our Individual Giving Manager.
Summary: Develop and deliver our Individual Giving strategy to grow this income area as a priority.

Responsibilities Increase individual giving income through single gift and regular giving via established direct marketing channels and digital channels.
This includes working across multiple channels such as Direct Mail, Inserts, Digital campaigns, Lead Generation, tele-fundraising, and supporter cultivation to maximize Lifetime Value.
A good understanding of cash and regular giving, digital acquisition, CRM/data segmentation, and multi-channel supporter journeys is desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy & Relationship Building: Lead the development and implementation of the Individual Giving fundraising strategy to increase long-term income, donor acquisition, engagement, and strategic cultivation.
Acquisition, Retention & Cultivation: Identify, acquire, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and existing donors to maximize engagement and donor lifetime value.
Lead efforts to achieve industry best practices and significant growth within IG.
Require a minimum of 3 years' experience in fundraising or a related role with transferable skills.
Experience in direct marketing channels such as Direct Mail, Digital, Telemarketing, DRTV, Regular Giving, Cash Gifts, Tax, Face-to-Face, Lead Generation, and Legacy is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and charity compliance.
Proven track record of achieving income targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and working towards targets.
