The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial operations of the business, taking ownership of reporting, cash management, and supporting commercial activities across a diverse portfolio of aircraft assets. This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress within a dynamic and international aviation finance environment.
The Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for a wide range of financial and operational duties, including financial reporting, transaction support, budgeting, and oversight of statutory requirements. The position is based in Dublin and will involve regular interaction with lessors, lenders, advisers, OEMs, and other international counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial statements
* Cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity management
* Support for aircraft acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions
* Liaison with auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel, and other external partners
* Monitoring lease income, maintenance reserves, and end-of-lease events
* Preparation of board packs and involvement in governance activities
* Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax obligations
* Enhancing internal financial controls, operational processes, and reporting frameworks
* Providing financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects, systems development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with
3+ years' post-qualification experience
, ideally within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or financial services
* Strong technical accounting skills; experience of leasing or structured finance is highly advantageous
* Advanced Excel capability and strong financial modelling skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with multiple priorities
* Commercially aware, proactive, and analytically minded
