We are Toons Bridge Dairy, a small wholly family owned award-winning artisan cheesemaking dairy outside Macroom producing high-quality cheeses with milk from our own and neighbouring farms with a hands-on approach, focusing on craftsmanship, consistency, and exceptional standards. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands on Dairy Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold the quality we are known for and lead a team. Ideal candidates will have food industry quality/hygiene experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detailAbout the RoleThe Dairy Manager will work primarily in the packing room while overseeing the full dairy operation, which includes the cheesemaking room run by our Head Cheesemaker.
