About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Strategy, Brand and Marketing department.
In the role, the successful candidate will:
Be accountable for the design and operationalisation of systems which assure the quality, completeness and regulatory compliance of our marketing communications.
Relevant regulations include MiFID II, the CBI Consumer Protection Code **** and the Data Protection Act *****).
Will require engagement with, and co-ordination of, multiple stakeholders across our marketing, wealth and capital markets team, as well as the maintenance of close working relationships with risk and compliance colleagues.
The role will report to the Head of Marketing Communications within the Strategy, Brand and Marketing team but operate cross-functionally.
About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
Direct experience of the relevant regulatory frameworks;
Experience in a similar or related role in financial services in Ireland and/or the EU;
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements both practically and effectively;
Strong inter-personal skills and stakeholder management experience;
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
The role is being recruited at a senior associate level, which typically equates to between 3 and 5 years experience in a directly relevant role.

Important Information
The position set out above is defined as a "Controlled Function (CF)" role, namely CF4 under Section 20 of the Central Bank Reform Act **** and Schedule 1 of the Regulations (S.I. No. 437 of ****) as amended.
In accordance with Section 21 of the Central Bank Reform Act **** and the Fitness and Probity Standards ****, any offer of employment is conditional upon you demonstrating that you meet the Fitness & Probity requirements, applicable to this position.
The role is also subject to the Minimum Competency Code and therefore there is a requirement to hold or be willing to take the APA (Regulation & Investment) or (Pensions) or Registered Stockbroker or QFA exams.
