Excel Recruitment is a leading specialist recruitment agency, with a dedicated Industrial division, we provide staffing solutions to clients across warehousing, logistics, supply chain, production, and manufacturing. We are seeking an Industrial Recruiter to join our growing team, managing end-to-end recruitment while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for industrial roles, including:
Advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms.
Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews.
Matching candidates to suitable roles.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Develop and maintain a strong candidate database within the industrial sector.
4. Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and reference checks for candidates.
5. Attend client site visits when required to strengthen partnerships.
6. Work closely with colleagues across Excel Recruitment to share market insights and opportunities.
7. Achieve individual and team KPIs, contributing to the success of the wider business.
Skills & Experience
8. Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within the industrial, logistics, or warehousing sectors.
9. Strong relationship management and communication skills.
10. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
11. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
12. Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
13. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
14. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.
