As the Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You'll work closely with our team, handling various tasks related to office management, customer support, and travel coordination. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
* Manage emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly.
* Maintain organized records and files.
* Assist with document preparation and proofreading.
* Travel Coordination:
* Assist in booking accommodations, and transportation for clients.
* Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure seamless arrangements.
* Communicate with vendors and partners to facilitate travel logistics.
* Assist in organizing travel and tours.
* Customer Service:
* Provide excellent customer support via email and phone.
* Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Handle booking modifications and cancellations.
* Remote Work:
* Work remotely, maintaining regular communication with the team
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) ,Fluent in English and a good telephone manor is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Google Sheets and Google Docs
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is a plus but not essential.
Working Hours:
Part-Time: Approximately 10 hours per week. Ideally 2 hours per day, during business hours Monday to Friday. Can be flexible. Additional hours may be added during busy periods if you are available.
Must have your own computer and access to good telephone signal and WIFI
