We are working on a retained basis with an US Asset Manager (20bn AUM) who are now hiring an Asset Manager to lead its Dublin office and maintain a portfolio of residential assets.
THE ROLE:
* Working closely with local partners and investment team to create business plan and execute strategy, to maximise shareholder value and returns
* Institutionalise output to report to global leading, high calibre, institutional investor
* Oversee, manage, and colaborate with external property manager
* Work closely with Acquisition team to ensure underwritten assumptions can be delivered
* Track performance to budget, and drive performance as needed
* Oversee capex plan to ensure appropriate yield on cost is being achieved
Requirements
o 10 – 12 years' real estate experience
o Residential or Living experience is essential
o Experience working at Real Estate fund, Operating partner of PE fund, Agency, or consultancy
o Investment Management experience and strong Project Management skills in all aspects of Asset Management
o Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish internal processes and help direct operations
o Ability to work autonomously is very important, given they will be first hire of new entity
