This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact asset initiatives—supporting reliability programs, maintenance system optimization, and data accuracy efforts that strengthen facility performance across the asset lifecycle.What You'll DoIndependently complete technical analysis, documentation, and system support activities related to asset data, equipment hierarchy, and maintenance strategy developmentDevelop asset documentation, data models, reports, and system inputs under the guidance of senior staff or technical leadershipIdentify and resolve data discrepancies, documentation gaps, or system issues using standard procedures and best practices to support asset reliability and complianceMonitor assigned project tasks and milestones, addressing asset data or system issues that could impact maintenance planning or operational efficiencyTake responsibility for significant portions of asset management initiatives with oversight from senior staff or management, including field‑based assessments, data validation, and system updatesWhat You BringBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering requiredMinimum of 3 years of related engineering experience requiredEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferredStrong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settingsUnderstanding of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standardsProficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It HereSupport asset strategies that improve reliability, optimize maintenance programs, and reduce unplanned downtime for advanced manufacturing facilitiesWork alongside asset management and reliability professionals who value structure, accuracy, and continuous improvementContribute to meaningful, behind the scene work that enables safe, compliant, and high‑performing operations across the asset lifecycleCurious about the impactful work our Asset Management team is doing?
