Day-to-day of the role: Advise on commercial contracts, particularly those involving IP, technology, or digital services, with a focus on technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors. Apply your experience to provide excellent commercial advisory services to our clients. Assist clients in their interactions with regulators, guiding them through complex regulatory matters including data, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, and cybersecurity. Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to deliver best-in-class work and results. Assist the Commercial Partners in managing the rapid growth of the practice. Support the strategic objectives of the firm and get involved in business development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Commercial Law, particularly in drafting and advising on commercial contracts involving IP, technology, and digital services. Experience working with regulators and clients in technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex projects across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced international law firm.
