Job Description:
The role of the Project Manager will be to oversee the management and delivery of infrastructure and capital development projects across various sectors. This will involve providing leadership responsibility for a diverse team, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in project management or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience in construction-related project management. They will also possess corporate membership of a relevant professional institute, such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
