We work with some of Dublin's busiest nightclubs, bars, and hospitality venues, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking experienced and professional Door Security Officers to work in high-profile nightlife environments in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities
* Provide visible security presence at nightclub entrances and throughout the venue.
* Greet and screen patrons, checking ID to ensure compliance with age regulations.
* Perform bag checks and enforce venue policies regarding prohibited items.
* Manage queues and control the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.
* Handle conflict resolution and de-escalate tense situations professionally.
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
* Support venue management in handling emergencies and coordinating with Gardaí if needed.
* Ensure the safety of all guests and staff by monitoring for potential risks.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and customer service.
Requirements
* Valid PSA Licence (Door Security) is essential.
* Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer in hospitality or nightlife settings preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and in control in high-pressure situations.
* Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
* Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Legal right to work in Ireland.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Pay: €14.50-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
