Job Summary:
Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the financial day-to-day operations of the hotel
* Oversee the processing and management of revenues, accounts payable, and payroll
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
