GMP Warehouse Specialist – Materials & Logistics Dublin 15 Pharmaceutical / Biologics Manufacturing (12 Months Contract)We are currently recruiting a GMP Warehouse Specialistto support materials management and logistics operations within aregulated biologics manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for candidates withhands-on GMP warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with SAP and powered industrial trucks.
You will play a key role in ensuring thesafe, compliant and timely handling of raw materials and consumablesto support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Materials Operations Execute day-to-day GMP warehouse activities, including receiving, sampling, storage and movement of raw materials and consumables Perform quality inspections of incoming materials and consumables Carry out GMP sampling of raw materials in ISO 7 (Grade C) controlled areas using downflow booths, fume hoods and biosafety cabinets Supply manufacturing areas with materials in line with production schedules, ensuring a high level of internal customer service Transfer materials to Just-In-Time (JIT) areas and maintain appropriate stock levels Maintain KANBAN systems for consumables Perform cycle counting and support inventory accuracy activities Operate and monitor warehouse and sampling equipment in compliance with c GMP requirements Quality, Compliance & Safety Contribute to SOPs, deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change controls related to materials management Ensure warehouse areas and processes remain inspection and audit ready at all times Follow all GMP, EHS and safety procedures, escalating any safety concerns or near misses Maintain high standards of housekeeping and documentation Teamwork & Continuous Improvement Work effectively within cross-functional teams supporting manufacturing operations Participate in shift handovers and team meetings Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Share knowledge and best practices to support team development Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years' experience in a GMP warehouse or materials management role Experience within pharmaceutical, biologics or life sciences manufacturing Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory/warehouse management systems Trained and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks, including: Powered Pallet Truck (PPT)Reach Truck VNA / Turret Truck Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Leaving Certificate (minimum requirement)Third-level qualification in Logistics, Manufacturing or a related discipline (preferred) Desirable (Nice to Have)Experience handling hazardous materials Previous experience in biologics manufacturing C driving licence (rigid truck) – an advantage due to inter-building material transfers What's on Offer Opportunity to work in a highly regulated, modern manufacturing environment Strong focus on training, safety and compliance Supportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement
