Job Description
This is a temporary contract
3 Days per week
* Administer and coordinate the PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers
* Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our 'RealTime' CAFM system
* Review and log H&S documentation including permit to work system
* Coordinate all works in accordance with agreed contract KPIs/SLA's
* Liaise with clients daily to update on tasks and projects where required
* Produce site-specific reports
* Be responsible for daily inspection and checks
Job Responsibilities
* 2 years experience in a similar facilities co-ordination/administration role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
* The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential
* Planning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise them
* The ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets
* A good knowledge of health & safety practices
