Finance Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise invoices, statements, and credit control to ensure timely payments from clients.
* Support Purchase Ledger processes and assist with recharges for plant, materials, and logistics.
* Reconcile client accounts and manage credit limits to maintain healthy cash flow.
* Collaborate with the wider finance team and support payroll when needed.
* Perform ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in a finance/accounts role.
* Working towards IATI (or willing to upskill - training available).
* Strong Excel skills and experience using SAGE (Sage 50 desirable).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
* A proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
