With an expanding footprint across Europe and the USA, they offer a practical, hands-on engineering environment and a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys solving complex technical challenges.They are seeking anElectro-Mechanical Applications Engineerwho can master the full system—someone curious, adaptable, and excited to become an expert across hardware–mechatronics, software applications, system integration, test, and customer interaction.The RoleAs part of a small, high-performing engineering team, you will take on a broad and varied applications role that includes:Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, acting as a trusted advisor to customersHands-on product testing, installation, commissioning, calibration, and trainingDeveloping clear product documentation and delivering customer training sessionsSupporting product usage in field survey work when requiredLiaising between customers and R&D to communicate issues, enhancements, and technical insightsContributing to new product R&D, including concept evaluation, prototype build/debug, and designing/executing test suites for new or enhanced productsAnalysing data, generating reports, validating corrective actions, and feeding findings back to engineering teamsYou will receive in-depth training on the company's technologies and will play a key role in ensuring customers gain maximum value from the products.Skills & ExperienceEssential:1+ years' experience as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Technician, or similar technical roleDiploma-level qualification (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related disciplineHands-on experience with prototype assembly and troubleshooting across hardware, electronics, optics, cameras, or illuminationAbility to design and execute test procedures and provide structured feedback to developersExperience with data analysis, reporting, and validating system performanceFamiliarity with wireless networking / data communicationsStrong customer-facing skills, including installation, setup, training, and remote/on-site supportExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical issues and solutionsMust be eligible to work in Ireland/EUOverseas travel required; a clean driving licence is essential (including for driving abroad)Why Apply?Join a rapidly expanding company working with genuinely cutting-edge technologyBe part of a collaborative, enthusiastic teamBroad, hands-on role with exposure to the full product lifecycleStrong career growth potential as the company scales internationallyLocation:South DublinEmployment Type:PermanentSalary:Negotiable (DOE)Benefits:Health insurance & employer pension (after 12 months), bonus scheme, flexitime, and more.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contact:David Coyle
