This is a voluntary role focusing on ensuring HR compliance and governance at an essential stage of the organisation’s development. The Director will lead the People Sub-Committee, guide HR policies, and support management in workforce planning. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in HR management, employment law, and governance in charity or community sectors. The role requires approximately 4-6 hours per month, with a hybrid working model.
